• We now offer 4 Yoga classes across the week, including a Saturday 9.30 'Mindfulness Yoga' class.  A fantastic way to start the weekend. We are very excited to have Jacqui join the team bringing her focused, gentle but progressive classes to you Thursday 6.00 p:m, Friday 9:30 and the Sat 9:30 a.m.  Tuesday night Dynamic Flow with Rebekah has now shifted to a 6.00 p.m slot.
