  • During pregnancy the body undergoes extreme changes, for some, it is a very demanding time, both emotionally and physically.

    We can take care of you while you take some much deserved ‘time-out’.

    Pregnancy massage can  relax tense & sore muscles, reduce fluid retention in legs and relieve tension in the back, shoulders and hips.

    We wait until after 14 weeks to begin massage and use only oils and waxes that are safe for pregnancy.

    We are more than happy to speak with your primary health provider if there are any concerns prior to commencing massage.
