  • The recovery component of your exercise is as important as the training.  Without it, your setting yourself up for injury, or at the very least, diminished performance.

    Don’t make the mistake of thinking that sports massage is for competitive or elite athletes only.  We do massage these people but if your new to exercise or just returning, then you need massage as much as anyone!

    Sports massage will speed your recovery reducing tightness & soreness by eliminating lactic and carbonic waste from the tissues while restoring the muscles to a good resting length.  Massage can increase your flexibility and your performance.

    If you have pre-existing injuries, massage can help to get you on the move.  We can liaise with your other practitioners or point you in the right direction.
